Salmon dinner
Half of a large sweet potato with cinnamon. No butter since I have a half and avocado for my healthy fat. Generous portion of steamed broccoli. Lemon to squeeze in salmon and broccoli. Nice refreshing meal on this very hot summer day! ☀️ #salmonandbroccoli #sweetpotato

Salmon and sweet potato dinner
Salmon and sweet potato together always hits the spot for me! This was delicious. I never feel guilty using a pat of real butter when I’m eating fish. It’s a great fat add when you have a super lean protein! I squeeze the lemon in my salmon AND my broccoli, trust me! Very feeling and zero guilt!

Hamburger no bun dinner!

Had this for dinner twice this week

Seafood dinner
I can’t get enough seafood lately! I’ve been on a real kick! This was delicious and simple to make. I bake my salmon and shrimp frozen straight to the oven @ 425. It’s always perfection. I like my salmon to reach 140 degrees so I put it in the oven for 10 min then add the frozen shrimp on my pan. I

What is the meal you always look forward to during the week? Mine is steak! This is my first week doing frozen cubed sweet potatoes and just steaming them in a pot on the stove with the broccoli. Pretty good for when you don’t want a whole sweet potato but def not as good as an oven baked fresh swe
