I didn’t realize how inflamed my body was..

I didn’t realize how much inflammation I was carrying… until it started going away.

The photo on the left was taken in February.

The photo on the right is today.

Same person.

But my face looks less puffy, my eyes , my under eyes my cheeks! And my jawline is more defined!

One of the biggest changes I’ve made is focusing on reducing inflammation at the cellular level by balancing my Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio.

Most people today are extremely high in inflammatory Omega-6 and very low in Omega-3, and that imbalance can show up as puffiness, stubborn weight, fatigue, and inflammation in the body.

When you start correcting that balance, you’re going to see changes !

This is why I’m so passionate about this now. It’s not just about weight… it’s about health from the inside out.

Many people don’t realize how much an imbalance in fatty acids, especially between Omega-6 and Omega-3, can affect their appearance and overall health. I used to feel constantly puffy and sluggish, but once I focused on incorporating more Omega-3 rich foods like salmon, flaxseeds, and walnuts into my diet while cutting back on processed foods high in Omega-6, the difference was remarkable. It’s important to understand that Omega-6 fatty acids, though essential, tend to promote inflammation when consumed excessively, which is common in many modern diets due to processed oils in snacks and fast food. On the other hand, Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that help calm the body at the cellular level. By adjusting my diet and sometimes supplementing with quality fish oil, I noticed my face becoming less swollen, under-eye puffiness reduced, and my energy levels improved gradually. This change wasn’t overnight, but the consistent effort led to clear skin improvements and a more defined jawline, which boosted my confidence. I also realized that inflammation can affect stubborn weight and fatigue, making it harder to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Working on this balance not only improved my outer appearance but also gave me more energy and better overall wellness. If you’re dealing with unexplained puffiness, fatigue, or a general feeling of inflammation, I recommend checking your diet for Omega-6 heavy foods and increasing your Omega-3 intake. Small changes can lead to meaningful results over time. I’m sharing this in the hope that others will benefit from understanding how crucial fatty acid balance is for cellular health and lasting wellness.
