It helped me feel more prepared and less anxious. For those newly pregnant, it’s important to start prenatal vitamins, avoid harmful substances, and consult with a healthcare provider for guidance. Throughout this early stage, emotions tend to fluctuate. Excitement mixes with uncertainty, but focusing on each small milestone can be very rewarding.
