• 2 cups warm water

• 1½ Tbsp active dry yeast

• ½ cup sugar

• ¼ cup melted butter

• 1 Tbsp salt

• 6 cups bread flour

🥣 Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Whisk together and let sit for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes bubbly and foamy.

2. Add the melted butter and salt. Whisk until combined.

3. Gradually mix in the bread flour until a dough forms.

4. Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions. Shape each portion into a loaf.

6. Place the loaves into buttered bread pans. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

9. Allow the bread to cool for 1–2 hours before slicing.
