Girl Talk

Being a girls’ girl isn’t about tolerating everything in the name of loyalty.

It’s about uplifting, celebrating, and supporting other women, who also support you, without losing yourself in the process. I used to think that setting boundaries or distancing myself from draining friendships made me a “bad friend.” But I’ve learned that choosing peace isn’t selfish… it’s essential.

You can be the friend who hypes people up, offers advice at 2am, and loves deeply… and still walk away when it becomes too heavy. If a relationship isn’t doing you good, you’re allowed to let it go.

Because being a girls' girl also means showing that kind of love to yourself. 💗
