Traditional Churros
Here’s a traditional churro recipe with three delicious sweet dipping sauces—perfect for dessert or a cozy treat:

Traditional Churros
Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 2 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil (plus more for frying)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
For Coating:
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and oil. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour until it forms a ball.
2. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a large star tip.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan (about 2 inches deep) to 375°F (190°C).
4. Pipe 4–6 inch strips of dough directly into the oil. Fry until golden brown, turning once (about 2–3 minutes per side).
5. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and immediately roll in cinnamon sugar.

Dipping Sauces
1. Classic Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Heat cream in a small saucepan until just simmering.
2. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup dulce de leche (store-bought or homemade)
• 2 tbsp milk or cream (optional, for thinning)
Instructions:

• 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until soft and syrupy (about 10 minutes).
2. Blend mixture until smooth.
3. Stir in cream cheese until creamy. Serve warm or chilled.
