🔥 I Made High Protein Crab Rangoon Dip 🔥

Let's be honest, store bought dip is expensive and it's hit or miss. But with this little experiment dip i made, I definitely won't be buying a store bought dip anymore. THIS DIP IS DANGEOUS, not just for those allergic to seafood, but You will probably be tempted to smash this whole thing. Yes, it's that good!

Let's Talk Details:

Yields: About 1.5 cups (perfect for a few eager eaters, or a solo indulgence!)

Prep time: A lightning-fast 10 minutes!

Cook time: 15-20 minutes in the oven (hello, hands-off deliciousness!)

For the Dip:

4 oz (half a standard block) low fat cream cheese, softened

2 oz (about 1/4 cup) imitation crab meat, finely chopped or shredded (feel free to use real crab if you're feeling extra!)

1 green onion (scallion), thinly sliced (both white and green parts for max flavor)

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp soy sauce (low sodium is a great option!)

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Pinch of black pepper

¼ cup shredded cheddar for a golden, bubbly top!

Simple Steps to Dip Perfection:

Oven On! Get your oven preheating to 375°F (190°C).

Soften Up! Make sure your cream cheese is nice and soft. A few seconds in the microwave (15-20) can work wonders, or just let it sit out for a bit.

Mix & Mingle: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped crab, sliced green onion, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and your optional ginger powder.

Whisk It Good! Mix everything thoroughly until it's super smooth and the crab is perfectly distributed throughout. A whisk or hand mixer will make this effortless!
