Inconvenient learning?

Why is it when we feel "stupid" and "uncomfortable" the fastest?

- Let's confess here that we were once the ones who believed in such "learning insanity.".."I'm a person who learns through listening, and I can't read a lot," or "I like the chilly atmosphere, if it's so depressing, my brain is off."

- That feeling uncomfortable, humiliated, or "stupid" at the moment is a sign that says, "Your brain is stretching."

The best learning is not to walk on a smooth path, but to walk up a muddy hill.

- If your feet don't mess up, you're not walking anywhere.

- If you're not feeling a muscle hack, you're not working harder.

- If you don't feel "uncomfortable," you're not really learning anything new.

- When we finish reading, we ask ourselves,..

"When was the last time we let ourselves be clumsy in exchange for new skills?"

- We are often afraid that people are not good at it, so we choose to do what we look like.
