This dual action is why I consider it so versatile and effective. Speaking of effectiveness, 'does Oxyshred actually work' and 'how long does it take to work?' are common concerns. From my personal experience, I started noticing differences within the first 2 weeks of Oxyshred. The OCR on my image saying "2 weeks of oxyshred" really captures how quickly I began to feel and see changes.
