Pre and post workout meals

How you fuel your body before you work out and replenish it afterwards is very important. This day in particular was a leg day, and of course that is the day that my body works the hardest. So I always make sure to fuel myself before and after or I will literally get so lightheaded. Who has ever done a fasted leg day and halfway through you started to see stars? 😂😂😂
