Fibromyalgia never truly goes away.
There’s always a symptom,most times multiple symptoms. It’s horrible and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. #fibromyalgia #fibromyalgiaawareness #fibrowarrior
Fibromyalgia is often characterized by chronic pain and a variety of other symptoms that can significantly disrupt daily life. Beyond pain, individuals might experience symptoms such as headaches, heart palpitations, and restless legs. The condition is also associated with functional bowel disturbances, sensitivity to cold, and sleep issues. Cognitive difficulties like impaired concentration and memory problems are common, contributing to anxiety and depression. Awareness is crucial, as many people with fibromyalgia struggle with easy fatigability and diminished attention spans. It's important for those affected to find support and connect with the #fibrowarrior community. By sharing experiences and coping strategies, individuals can help raise fibromyalgia awareness and improve understanding of this complex condition.

I'm one of those annoying people that has fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and say that getting outdoors and doing gentle walks really does help. For years I stayed indoors and barely went anywhere but now I'm getting out and about more and I've noticed the more I stay in, the worse my pain is. The rest of it is obviously still there but gentle walking does me the world of good 🍄
