... Read moreHey everyone! I'm so excited to share my journey with the Rosie Graham 30-Day Beginner Challenge. If you're scrolling through looking for a new at-home workout, or curious about Pilates, you've landed in the right place! Today officially marks Day 12 of my beginner challenge, and I can honestly say I'm feeling pretty proud of myself for sticking with it. For those who haven't heard of it, the Rosie Graham 30-Day Challenge is a really popular at-home workout program designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and work towards a body transformation, all from the comfort of your living room. It's especially great for beginners, which was a huge plus for me as I was looking for something manageable to ease back into fitness. The workouts primarily focus on Pilates, which I've always wanted to try but never had the chance to go to a studio for. My experience on Day 12 has been fantastic. I woke up feeling energized and ready to tackle the day's routine. The workout itself was a great mix of core and flexibility exercises, exactly what I needed. I definitely felt the burn in all the right places, but it wasn't overwhelmingly difficult. That's one thing I love about this Rosie Graham workout – it challenges you without making you feel defeated. Each session is usually around 20-30 minutes, which is super convenient for me to fit in when the kids are napping or right before they wake up. No need for a complicated 'workout time table', you just follow the daily video! What really keeps me motivated for this Rosie Graham 30-day workout challenge is seeing small improvements every day. My core feels noticeably stronger, and I can hold certain poses for longer than when I started. It's these little victories that make all the difference. I'm also really enjoying the sense of community online, seeing others share their progress on the #bodytransformation journey. If you're considering starting this challenge, here are a few tips from my Day 12 experience: Consistency is Key: Even on days when I feel tired, just showing up and doing something helps. It doesn't have to be perfect. Listen to Your Body: Rosie Graham provides modifications, so don't be afraid to use them. It's about building strength, not pushing yourself to injury. Hydrate and Fuel: Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating nourishing foods. It truly makes a difference in your energy levels and recovery. Track Your Progress: I've been taking a quick photo or jotting down notes every few days, and it's amazing to look back and see how far I've come! I'm really looking forward to seeing my full body transformation by the end of the 30 days. This beginner challenge has been such a positive addition to my routine.
