Bangkok Airway Service Experience

Travel Experience Review with Bangkok Airways to Krabi Province

I decided to use Bangkok Airways Full Service and was very impressed to review my experience.

Passenger Lounge

The most impressive thing from the beginning is the passenger lounge or lounge. There are a variety of drinks and snacks, coffee, tea, juice and toys, but the highlight I can't miss is the unique bundle of rice here. It's delicious and pleasing.

Boarding and seating

For the boarding process, I felt quite tidy and chaotic. As for the seat, I did not choose in advance when booking online, but could choose at the check-in counter, which was very convenient.

The favorite thing is time. The plane leaves and arrives exactly on time, and even arrives before the scheduled time.

Luggage management

There is no problem with the suitcase. Everything is going smoothly and well.

Overall, I was very impressed with Bangkok Airways. The service was excellent and on time, making this journey very smooth and impressive.
