From my personal experience, the best way to enjoy sunny days is to find a balance between soaking up rays and staying comfortable. I usually wear lightweight, breathable clothing that allows air flow, which helps me avoid overheating. Also, don’t underestimate the power of shade—finding a spot under a tree or an umbrella can make a huge difference. Hydration is key too; carrying a water bottle and sipping regularly keeps me energized and prevents dehydration. I recommend avoiding direct sunlight during peak hours, generally from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., when the sun’s rays are strongest. If you want to enjoy the sun without discomfort, a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses are great additions that protect your face and eyes. Another tip I find useful is using cooling accessories such as a damp cloth or cooling towel on your neck or wrists. These can provide instant relief from heat. When it comes to sunscreen, applying a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher before heading out ensures your skin stays safe from harmful UV rays. By combining these small changes, you can enjoy sunny days without feeling overheated or risking sunburn. Staying cool and protected lets you relax and truly appreciate the glow and warmth of the sun.
