Chicken Cesar salad sandwiches

Ingredients:

Chicken breast

Cesar salad kit (or make your own from scratch )

Parmesan cheese

Parsley

Butter

Crossants

Seasonings

bread crumbs

Flour

Egg

Seasonings(garlic,Cajun, pepper, paprika)

Recipie

Assemble Cesar salad kit set aside in fridge

add flour to one bowl (season to your liking)

Another bowl whisk an egg

Another bowl bread crumbs

Slice chicken breast thin or thick it’s up to you the thicker it is it will take a little longer to cook

Dredge chicken flour, egg then bread crumb

I place in the fridge for about 15 minutes I find the breading stays on better during frying

Fry chicken

Slice croissant add chicken then top with Cesar salad

Add top bun

Melt butter, parsley and Parmesan

Brush over bun

Enjoy!
