Low carb cajun chicken w/ asparagus & cesar salad
Chicken:
1 lb thighs diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp slap ya mama
1/4 c parm
1 tsp woodfired garlic seasoning
1 tsp roasted garlic and herb seasoning
1/4 c sour cream fat free
pork rind breadcrumbs
Parm butter
3 tbsp butter melted
Parm to taste
Roasted garlic and herb seasoning
toss to coat chicken in chicken ingredients. Cook on 350 for 15 mins. Base with parm butter ingredients and cook for another 5-7 mins.
low carb asparagus bake
Asparagus ends chopped off
1 tbsp homemade no sodium rosemary and thyme beef bone broth
Fat free sour cream, seasonings of choice (both to taste) mixed and spread over asparagus in baking dish. Cheese of choice - I used cabot habanero cheddar and played it on top of the sour cream mix. Topped it off pork rind breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins.
