I also enjoyed traditional strength training, targeting my upper body with weights for 31 minutes, which led to an active burn of 147 calories. In total, my workouts today amounted to 1 hour and 36 minutes, contributing to my overall caloric burn of 933, approaching my goal of 500 calories. Staying hydrated and mindful of my macro intake is crucial. Today, I consumed 1,339 calories, consisting of 124g of carbohydrates, 71g of protein, and 63g of fat. This balanced diet supports my physical activity and is vital for muscle recovery, especially during intensive challenges like the 75 Hard. In addition to physical workouts, engaging with my community on platforms like Lemon8 allows me to share my progress and inspire others embarking on similar journeys. Fitness is not just about the numbers; it's about embracing the lifestyle through bright colors and positivity, making each step enjoyable.
