私が母子手帳にインデックスを付けて「これもっと早くやればよかった…」と思ったのは、受付や健診中って意外とバタバタで、探している時間が地味にしんどいから。ページ数も多いので、「あのページどこ問題」を減らすだけでストレスがかなり減りました。 ■インデックスに書く“項目”おすすめ（迷ったらここから） ・表紙/基本情報（母子手帳番号を書いた場所もここに） ・妊婦健診：体重・血圧の記録 ・妊婦健診：検査結果（尿/血液など） ・補助券（受診票）／妊婦健診の券のページ ・出産の記録 ・産後1ヶ月健診 ・予防接種 ・乳幼児健診（◯ヶ月健診：3-4、6-7、9-10、1歳半、3歳など） ・成長曲線/発育 このあたりを先に貼っておくと、病院の受付でもサッと開けて本当に楽です。 ■受診票（補助券）の使い方＆貼り方のコツ 自治体でもらう妊婦健診の補助券（受診票）は、当日「どの券を出せばいい？」となりがち。私は母子手帳ケースのポケットに“次に使う分だけ”をまとめ、母子手帳側には「補助券」インデックスを付けて、必要ページへすぐ行けるようにしました。貼り付けが必要なタイプの受診票は、のりよりも貼って剥がせるテープの方が失敗しにくかったです。 ■インデックスを“きれいに貼る方法”（ズレ防止） ・最初に鉛筆で薄く位置決め（上から順に等間隔） ・貼ったら爪ではなく定規やカードで圧着 ・はみ出し量は統一（出しすぎると折れやすい） ・透明タイプは文字が見やすく、色分けはカテゴリ別が楽 私は「妊娠中＝ピンク」「産後＝ブルー」「予防接種＝イエロー」みたいに色で分けたら、目次みたいに見えて探す時間が激減しました。 ■ダイソー/無印で揃えるなら ダイソーはインデックスシールの種類が多く、細め・透明・カラーが選びやすい印象。無印はシンプルで悪目立ちしにくく、母子手帳をデコレーションしすぎたくない人に合います。 ■母子手帳の記入例で迷ったところ（私の小ネタ） 「出産予定日のページって自分で記入？」と悩んだのですが、私は健診で医師から確定予定日を聞いたタイミングで、消えにくいペンで記入しました（自治体や病院の案内がある場合はそれ優先）。表紙の記入例も地域で違うので、最初の説明冊子と一緒に確認すると安心です。 インデックスは手間のわりに効果が大きいので、妊婦健診が多い時期・働いていて時間がない時期ほどおすすめです。
