Building discipline—setting standards for myself regardless of mood—helped me stay on track through tough days. Lastly, those little tweaks like improving mobility exercises and not skipping rest days helped me avoid injuries and maintain steady progress. Genetics may set our upper limits, but your daily habits decide how close you get to your best.
