I DESPERATELY need help waking up early!! I somehow always manage to turn my alarm off while I’m asleep (yes… all 15 of them) and I end up missing my early workout!!

As a barista of 3 years, have a consistent morning (and night routine). The night before, I lay out an outfit, set my coffee pot on a timer, etc. when I wake up I watch Netflix while I get ready for the day and drink my coffee and having a nice quiet routine will make it easier to transition into your day.
