My on rotation breakfasts lately

I’ve been loving these breakfast lately. I need to work on making more quick savory breakfasts for the days I have less time.

I don’t have exact recipes for everything otherwise I’d provide them but I really eyeball everything, but here’s the ingredients for each:

oatmeal:

maple cinnamon oatmeal

Milk of choice

Chocolate protein powder

(Blend and set overnight)

Poached on toast:
