「朧まつ 塚本店」が気になって調べている人は、“厚切り牛タン食べ放題って実際どう？”“メニューや量は？”が一番知りたいはず。私も初訪問前にレビューを探して、写真でボリューム感を確認してから行きました。 まず印象に残ったのは、厚切り牛タン食べ放題の「圧巻の丸ごと感」。分厚くカットされたタンは焼き網に乗せた瞬間からテンションが上がります。焼くときは強火で一気に…よりも、表面に焼き色を付けてから少し火を落として中までじっくり、のほうが硬くなりにくかったです。厚切りは焼きすぎると一気に食感が変わるので、片面→返して短め、くらいで様子を見るのがおすすめ。 メニューはコースで内容が変わるので、予約前に「自分が何を優先したいか」を決めると満足度が上がりました。とにかく牛タンを全力で楽しみたいならプレミアム寄り、牛タンも他の焼肉もバランス良く食べたいならスタンダードでも十分楽しめる印象です。味噌だれ系・ネギ塩系など味変できるものを挟むと、食べ放題でも飽きにくいです。 レビューでよく見る「極上生タン」は、脂の甘さと肉感のバランスが良くて、“これが食べ放題なの？”と思うタイプ。タン元・タン中・タン先で食感が違うので、同じ牛タンでも食べ比べができるのが楽しかったです。個人的には、最初に生タン系→次に味付き（味噌やネギ塩）→最後にもう一度生タン、の順がいちばんハマりました。 「近くの牛タンのお店」「ここから近い牛タン」で探している人向けのポイントとしては、塚本駅から本当に近いので集合がラク。仕事終わりの大阪ディナーにも使いやすい立地でした。迷ったら“厚切り牛タンをまず一皿”→気に入った部位を追加、の頼み方だと失敗しにくいです。 行く前にチェックしておくと安心なのは、当日の混み具合（週末は特に）と、食べ放題の制限時間・ラストオーダーのタイミング。私は最初のオーダーで主役の厚切り牛タンをしっかり確保して、後半は気分で追加していく流れが一番満足できました。
