Easy quesadillas

One of the best things we’ve made this week.

We used our blackstone for our family size but could be done on the stove.

I bought 4 green peppers and 4 of the 3 pack assorted red orange and yellow peppers. Used 3 yellow onions. Seasoned to taste- coated with vegetable oil & seasoned with grill master vegetable seasoning. Cooked till soft.

Cubed the chicken (2 very large breasts) coated with vegetable oil and used woodfire garlic kinders seasoning. Cooked till done.

Took the veggies and meat off the blackstone

Put a tortilla shell down on the blackstone and add desired amount of mozzarella or pepper jack really whatever you want. Add veggies and chicken, more cheese, another tortilla shell on top. Cook till golden brown and you’re done! Cut it how you want it. Goes great with sour cream and salsa!
