Give me 💯 days ✨

There are a little over 100 days before summer.

Right now is the best time to start moving more. Start pushing yourself a little harder. Eat a little better. And show up for yourself this season.

I’m not saying do it for the “bikini body” but I know with summer on its way it something that sits on our mind.

With summer, also comes a more busy season.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Kids are home from school.

✈️Vacations are scheduled.

🏠We make more plan with friends and family.

☀️The weather is nice and we have things to do.

So start now. Choose the hard habits and stick to them now before summer begins.

I’m completing a 100 day workout program and I’m pushing you to start with me. 💪🏼

Do it for you. Do it for your kids. Do it for your future self. Do it to age gracefully. 🌱

Having a fitness buddy or group can significantly increase adherence and make the process more enjoyable. It is also important to remind yourself that this challenge isn’t about achieving a certain aesthetic or conforming to societal standards such as the so-called “bikini body.” Instead, focus on showing up for yourself—to nurture your health, enhance your quality of life, and feel more confident and energetic. This mindset shift promotes a positive relationship with fitness, allowing you to enjoy the journey rather than just the destination. Lastly, as the days get warmer and busier with family activities, vacations, and social plans, laying the groundwork now ensures you can sustain these healthy habits during the summer rush. Aging gracefully and improving your longevity through consistent effort is a powerful motivation. Remember: the commitment you make today will ripple into your future self’s well-being and vitality.
