→ Air out your room while you get ready
→ Bonus: step outside for sunlight within 30 mins of waking
3. Time for some spring cleaning! Clutter = mental noise. 🌱
→ Start with ONE drawer or corner
→ Donate or toss what you don’t use
→ Clean space = calmer brain (instantly)
4. Fuel your body 🫐
→ Add one fresh fruit or veggie to each meal
→ Build simple meals (nothing fancy needed)
→ Hydrate more—your body’s coming out of winter too
5. Longer Days means more time to build better habits 💪🏼More daylight = more opportunity (use it).
→ Evening walks instead of scrolling
→ Try a new hobby or routine after work
→ Move your body while it’s still light out
6. Your environment matters more than you think. Use color and this season to help.
→ Wear color, buy flowers, change your space
→ Romanticize the little things
→ Let your life feel a little lighter
7. You don’t have to do life alone.
→ Text a friend to go on a walk
