Raspberry almond shortbread jam bars

Raspberry almond shortbread jam bars — as scrumptious as they sound!!

Ingredients:

— 1 cup cold, cubed butter

— 1/2 cup sugar

— 1 1/2 cups flour

— 1/2 cup almond flour

— 1 tsp vanilla extract

— 1/2 tsp almond extract

— 1/4 tsp salt

— 1 cup of raspberry jam

How-to:

1. Add all ingredients to your mixer and beat on medium until it is well mixed and crumbly.

2. Add about 2/3 of the dough to a parchment-lined 8x8 pan. Use your hands to press down the dough to the edges.

3. Add a layer of jam, and then sprinkle the rest of the dough in top.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°, top with powdered sugar, and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
