Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet

Salted browned butter caramel cookie skillet made with Bequet caramels!

Serve this up warm with vanilla ice cream for the perfect treat.

Ingredients:

– 1 stick butter

– ½ cup white sugar

– ½ cup packed brown sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 tsp vanilla

– 2 cups flour

– 1 tsp baking powder

– ½ tsp baking soda

– pinch of salt

– about 1 cup chopped dark chocolate

– a handful of Bequet caramels

How-to:

Start by browning your butter. Add to a skillet over medium heat, and melt until it becomes browned and nutty, stirring continuously.

Set aside the butter to cool down for about 10 minutes and preheat your oven to 350˚.

Add the butter to both sugars and beat until combined.

Add eggs & vanilla and mix again.

Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chunks.

Place in the oven for 10 minutes, and then add in the caramels on top. Bake for 12-14 more minutes.

Serve with ice cream & enjoy!
