Sharing this method, I encourage others to find small wins in their fitness journey to fuel their motivation. Staying fit after 40 is less about intense bursts and more about persistent, steady discipline paired with smart recovery strategies like red light therapy. Remember, the goal isn't perfection every day but persistent effort regardless of mood or external factors. Combine motivation, discipline, and effective tools, and you'll find a sustainable way to keep moving forward on your fitness path.
