I wasn’t trying to run faster today.

I was trying to run better.

Focused on my form, found my rhythm, and somehow ended up with my second-best 2-mile effort on this route 🥹👏🏽

Also tried the @SaltStick Green Apple FastChews today and honestly, I felt a difference. I didn’t feel nearly as sluggish as I normally do on my runs.
