How I kept my weight off this time

1. No sugars the only sugars that I allowed were fruits and occasionally nerds because they have the lowest amount of calories. I’ve also learned that dark chocolate is way more beneficial than milk, chocolate or any other chocolate

2. Unfortunately, you have to do belly workouts, but I took the easy route out and did leg lifts before bed in order boost my metabolism before bed if I’m being honest, I never did any situps

3. Last and most importantly, you have to work on your back which was something I never knew and I never did so I never got the results. I wanted you want to pick up heavyweights for the best result !!
