put butter, a little sazon, jerk seasoning and a very tiny bit of pepper in a pan, add shrimp, let that cook for 10mins..
the sauce i made separately, put 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream, bell peppers, onions and jerk seasoning in a pot on high heat to boil, then add shredded cheese( 1/2 cup of the 3 cheeses mix, 1/2 cup of mozzarella) and the sauce from the shrimp, kept stirring and then let it boil a little until it thickened (add more cheese if necessary, the sauce should be not be too watery and not too thick)
turn the fire off, pour the sauce on the noodles, mix together, add another half cup of eat cheese, stir, turn the stove on med high, pour the shrimp and the rest of the juice that with it on the noodles and mix together until it creamy, added a little more jerk seasoning( it's not salty at all so that's why I added a bit more)
