WOW JUST WOW! I took a bit longer to read this because life and other books but I can’t stop thinking it all over. My jaw dropped SO MANY times. MFC has DID?! Multiple POVs, mystery and thrills happen inside and outside of the mind?!
I knew I was in for a thriller but I didn’t realize just how exciting this novel was going to be! Not a traditional thriller but SO GOOD! I listened to the audiobook which I highly recommend because the narrator changed voices based on which headmate was speaking. Loved that detail! This was fast paced and had a plot twist I didn’t see coming. Every time I thought I had something figured out a new piece of information was added in!
Definitely had some of the vibes from the movies “The Hunt” & “Ready or Not”
Bonus points for being a black main character and written by a black author!
