I always loved walks to clear my mind and take in scenery. Walking provides a lot o benefits and sense there are a lot of winter 🥶 months I decided to take 30 mins to an hour walk everyday. This will help with my weight and overall health. Plus it a consistency challenge for me, an area I struggle in so having to post my walks everyday day will give me some motivation.
