Sausage & Brussel Sprouts Dinner 😋

This was sooo easy to make. I personally love roasted brussel sprouts!

You'll need:

• 1lb sausage of your choice, we used Andouille.

• 2lb brussels sprouts

• Olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

1.) Preheat the oven to 400°

2.) Halve brussel sprouts.

3.) Season brussel sprouts with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle 1 tbsp of oil.

4.) Roast for 10 minutes.

5.) Slice sausage and prepare to bake.

6.) Remove brussel sprouts and add the sausage to the pan.

7.) Roast another 10 minutes.

8.) Plate serve and enjoy.
