I want to share this because I think being specific about what you are tracking changes everything about whether you actually notice results.
Vague intentions produce vague outcomes. Specific tracking produces information you can actually use.
Here is what I am paying attention to in June and why each one matters to me right now.
My morning baseline. How do I feel in the first 30 minutes after waking up on weekday mornings. Not how tired I am but what the quality of that tiredness feels like. Is it heavy and dreadful or just normal morning slowness. That distinction tells me a lot about where my cortisol is.
My 2pm energy. Am I hitting a wall or carrying through. This is my clearest indicator of whether my gut-brain support is doing what it is supposed to do during my workday.
My mood consistency. Not whether I am happy but whether I feel emotionally even throughout the day. Unpredictable mood swings are a cortisol and gut health signal I want to keep watching.
My hair in the drain. Simple. Am I seeing more or less than last month.
Four things. Specific and observable. That is what I am tracking in June.
Comment JUICE and I'll share exactly what I do every day to support all four of these 🌻
