Adopting this slower pace helped me reduce stress and appreciate the simple pleasures that mornings offer here. My morning routine now includes a walk outside to greet the sun and listen to the birds, which is different from the more rushed mornings I had back in the USA. I also try to incorporate local fruits and foods in my breakfast, making my meals both healthy and culturally enriching.
