Today was one of those runs that reminded me why I fell in love with running in the first place. I felt so free, proud, strong and full of gratitude…
🙏🏼💞 for how I’ve evolved, for what my body can do, for finishing my mini shred (yesterday was the last day + picture day!) and for goals.
🎯Yea, goals. The little drivers that keep me focused but are ever changing and growing. Some are big, some small, some scary, some exciting, but what they all have in common is that they set a focus. They determine the first step, the next step and even the step that needs to change.
🎯 They guide, they challenge, they provide clarity, they help uncover so much.
🎯 My wish for you is that you have at least one goal. And eventually, many of them and of all sorts! But most importantly, that you take the first step towards one of them.
