Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and antioxidants, which contribute to sustained energy release and improved digestion. This makes chia pudding a filling and nutritious choice to start your day or as a midday snack. I usually prepare my chia pudding the night before, which saves time in the morning and ensures the perfect consistency. Additionally, chia pudding is highly versatile for various dietary needs - it’s naturally gluten-free, dairy-free (when using plant-based milk), and vegan-friendly.
