I’m taking on this challenge of doing a 15k tough mudder event on the 10th of August this will involve taking in an obstacle course over 15 kilometres. I’m only 29 weeks post total colectomy surgery so this will be a big step for me to to see if I’m capable of the challenge I have worked tirelessly
