The phrase "NEVER MISTAKE MY KINDNESS FOR WEAKNESS" resonates deeply with me because, in reality, kindness is a powerful tool that demands courage. It’s not about being passive; it's about choosing to respond with empathy but also having the readiness to be "ruthless" when circumstances require. This balance comes with understanding your values and priorities. It’s about protecting your peace without compromising your integrity. For instance, in situations where people try to take advantage of my kindness, I’ve learned to be assertive and defend my well-being, proving that kindness and strength can coexist. In essence, kindness doesn’t mean you accept everything that comes your way but that you respond thoughtfully while standing your ground. I encourage everyone to embrace this mindset—it empowers you to be compassionate yet resilient, kind yet firm, and always true to yourself.

B - scrambled eggs w/ turkey sausage, topped w/ cheddar and sriracha and toast w/ butter on the side. S - cut up an apple and sprinkled w/ cinnamon, brown sugar substitute and a bit of SF maple syrup. Microwaved it for a bit, maybe like 2 mins in 30 sec increments and omg, tasted like apple pie
