Mouth tape for sleeping: YAY or NAY?

I think the risk outweighs the benefits for people who deal with acid reflux/GERD, but also people with obstructive sleep apnea, nasal congestion/sinus issues, and even something as simple as functioning as an occlusive for your skincare; if you’re applying retinoids, AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide, etc this might cause the ingredient to penetrate deeper, increasing risks for irritation.

For me, it’s a NAY, and I don’t feel comfortable recommending them!
