Never thought I’d be talking about dentistry/orthodontist-related topics, and while I’m not a dentist or dental hygienist, the metals in your retainers are NOT toxic… lol.

More people are opting for a removable retainer you wear at night vs a permanent retainer bonded onto the back of your teeth, but that’s a conversation for YOU and your ORTHODONTIST… not a random “wellness guru” online

As someone with a permanent retainer on my top & bottom teeth with healthy gums + teeth, im not worried about this.
