I created a list of 4-ingredient Mediterranean Diet recipes that are simple, balanced, and delicious. ( I personally prefer homemade vinaigraiites and dressing and you can find plenty of recipes here on my page but sometimes taking a shortcut is necessary to stay consistent with your health goals so feel free to sub if you want)

Each one has:
