Hey y’all, I’m back!

&&&No it’s not hello kitty related 😂😂, but i will post some Sanrio stuff soon.😉🫶🏽

Below are some of my faves when it comes to eating goooood & gluten free:

🥗 Pan seared salmon kale salad.

-clean salmon & get rid of skin. Use a cooking spray on the pan and salmon. Add your fave gf seasoning on top and sear to perfection. Wash kale and romaine lettuce (and cut and wash Brussels). Sear the brussel sprouts aswell. Plate and use your favorite GF/DF Caesar dressing on top.

🥦General Tso Tofu with Broccoli and White Rice.

-Press tofu for 30 min. After cut into triangles and set aside. Make a side of white rice or brown rice or Quinoa! In a small pot, add about 2 cups of water & let it boil. Wash off broccoli, put in the pot and let it blanch for 3min (take out after and cool with cold water to stop cooking). Make or get your fave GF general tso sauce and add it into a pan with your tofu. Set your

plate after everything’s done& add sesame seeds to your tofu if you have any.

🍤Shrimp Rice Paper Wraps.

Prepare shrimp, cucumbers, gf noodles, lettuce. Dip rice paper in water each time you make a roll. Add ingredients neatly in center then roll roll roll! Buy or make your fave gf spicy peanut sauce to dip your wraps into!

🥚Sweet & Spicy Tteobokki with Green Beans & an hard boiled egg (my fave).

-Buy Trader Joe’s Tteobokki and follow directions. While it’s cooking boil and egg and roast some TJ’s String/Green beans. I love to add (garlic, onion powder, cumin, paprika and a dash of pink salt. Before Tteobokki is done add a great plant based cheese , green onions and some sesame seeds. Plate as desired.
