One strategy I’ve found helpful is embracing the small wins throughout the day. For example, acknowledging when I’ve completed tasks like sweeping or dishes, even if it feels mundane, helps me appreciate the effort I put in. Humor is essential too; laughing at these everyday struggles makes the chaos more manageable.
