I love a homemade buttery flakey pie crust almost more than the filling 😅 so believe me when I say these pies are amazing! just grab your flour, salt, sugar, and butter and with a little bit of cold water ypu have a great buttery pie crust!

I love making these mini hand pies because they are adorable of course! but they also give people the option to walk around and it it while shopping at the farmers market or packing it for a after lunch snack 🥰
