My ADHD Go to planner

Let's keep it real... When your a woman with severe ADHD we have all these great ideas and we want to truly get ourselves right. Get on task, Get our shit together. I wanted to do all these lovely and beautiful all in one planners we now have out there. Did I get many? of course I did because whats ADHD without impulsively. Am I right? It became a crap show and my brain saw too many pages and broke my brain on when I would have time to sit and fill all these cute little sections out. why cuz there are so many.

This may work for the sound of mind. But for me personally it drove me crazy.

Now I do have a paper planner which I also love but it cant remind me of the shit o have to do when I forget to look at it daily. lol. I found Artful Agenda. It is pretty, it is simple and it still has stickers! You can download your own as well. You can sync it to your phone calendar, Google, Apple and Microsoft accounts. It still has a Habit tracker and you can still create your own to do list when you want to. It was a win win for me.

Its free for two weeks and come with stickers and many free covers already.

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://artfulagenda.com/&ved=2ahUKEwi4tJek7sCRAxXSEFkFHRNsMW0QFnoECBAQAQ&sqi=2&usg=AOvVaw39drz8NZo-_Jj4QQFKx3hD

Let me know what you guys think, you can get a discount on it at the moment while it lasts. It may or may not be worth it depending how your ADHD works but it was a win for me in reality. Thanks for listening.

... Read moreOkay, so I briefly touched on why Artful Agenda became my absolute go-to, but I really want to dive a bit deeper into how it's actually helping me navigate my ADHD brain, especially since I know so many of us struggle with finding that 'perfect' system. Like I said, those beautiful, intricate paper planners? They looked amazing on Instagram, but in reality, they just triggered my overwhelm. My brain would see too many blank spaces, too many sections, and totally shut down before I even started. The beauty of Artful Agenda, for me, lies in its digital simplicity combined with just enough visual appeal to keep my interest without overstimulating me. The OCR mentioned it’s a 'digital planner interface' with 'month, week, day, habits, and lists views' – and that flexibility is key! I can switch between views easily depending on what I need to focus on. If I wake up feeling overwhelmed, I can just stick to the 'day' view and not think about the whole week. But if I'm having a super productive moment, I can zoom out to the 'month' view to get a bigger picture without physically flipping through pages. One of the biggest game-changers for my ADHD is the seamless syncing. Seriously, this is HUGE. I used to write everything down in my paper planner, then forget to look at it, and boom – forgotten appointments, missed deadlines. With Artful Agenda, it syncs directly to my phone calendar, Google, Apple, and Microsoft accounts. This means if I add something on my desktop, it’s instantly on my phone. If I get an invite to my work calendar, it pops up in Artful Agenda. No more 'out of sight, out of mind' for important tasks! My phone can actually remind me, which my paper planner, bless its heart, just couldn't do. Let's talk about the habit tracker and to-do lists. For ADHD, building consistent habits can feel like climbing Mount Everest. Artful Agenda’s habit tracker is visually clear and not overly complicated. I can set up simple daily tasks like 'take meds' or 'drink water' and tick them off. The satisfaction of seeing those little boxes fill up is surprisingly motivating. And the to-do lists? I can create multiple lists – one for work, one for home, one for random ideas. This helps me brain-dump everything without it becoming a jumbled mess on a single page. Plus, I can easily move tasks around or reprioritize them without having to erase or rewrite, which is a small but mighty win for my executive dysfunction. And can we talk about the stickers and covers? Yes, even as an adult, these little visual cues make a difference! The OCR specifically mentioned 'a referral code (RM1440090) for a premium cover and sticker pack', and that's exactly the kind of fun customization that keeps my brain engaged. It's not just a boring spreadsheet; it's my planner, designed in a way that appeals to my aesthetic preferences. It adds a touch of joy to an otherwise daunting task, making me want to open it up. If you're an 'ADHD girl' like me, or just someone who struggles with traditional planning, I genuinely encourage you to give Artful Agenda a try. They offer two free weeks, and that's more than enough time to see if it clicks with your brain. It truly made a difference in how I manage my day-to-day, and I hope it can do the same for you!
