25 Days of RUNNING🙊🎄🏃🏽‍♀️

If you know me, you know I was a Track and Field athlete aka a Field athlete because Triple Jump was my life. However, I did run when told and that was a lap around and NEVER more. At this big age, I want to be able to run 1-3 miles comfortably. 2 miles is ALOT for me and I’m happy to say, I’ve done it about 3 times now.

Here’s to 25 days of running - my plan is to do 1-2 miles a day and then build on that eventually.

Love setting this little goal for me!
