Fresh and crispy 🍟
Have some left over potatoes you need to use? Make these!
Recipe
* 8 russet potatoes
* Vegetable oil
* Salt
* Parmesan
* Chopped cilantro
1. Wash potatoes and cut into fry strips. Soak in salt water bath for at least 30 min. This will help them get extra crispy!
2. Lay out on baking sheet and pat or air dry completely.
3. Pour oil into a deep sauce pan or Dutch oven and warm to 325*F
4. Fry is small batches, when done place on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet and salt them up.
Garnish with grated parm and cilantro the dig in!
