My meals that I’ll be having this week include:

Tofu Rice Bowl: Jasmine Rice, Tofu, Cucumber Salad, Red Cabbage, Edamame, Radishes, Avocado, Spring Onions, and topped with a Peanut Sauce.

Snack Plates: Carrots, Cucumbers, Radishes, and either Hummus or Everything but the Bagel Dip.

Chicken Tacos: Corn Tortillas, Chicken, Pickled Onions, Cotija, Lime, Spring Onions, and topped with a Créma.
